Delivery & Returns

Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide from our Warehouse in the United Kingdom. Shipping time and costs are based on the delivery location and is calculated upon receiving shipping address details. International and EU customers are responsible for customs, taxes, and duties.

We aim to ship your Titi Adesa pair(s) within 2-3 working days upon receipt of payment (unless otherwise stated on our website). Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking notification email to check on your order's progress. If you do not receive your order within 6 working days from the date of dispatch, please email us at info@titiadesa.com.

UK orders include all duties and taxes. EU, US and R.O.W orders will be charged a duties and taxes fee once your order has arrived in your country.

Exchanges
We craft every Titi Adesa product with you in mind and we hope you love them as much as we do! However, you do have 10 working days from delivery to notify us that you wish to exchange or return your order. Should you wish to exchange your item for an alternative size or colour, please contact us via sales@titiadesa.com to check stock availability and we will arrange an exchange if the requested product is available.

Due to the delicate nature of our soles, we kindly ask you to try your shoes indoors on soft carpeted flooring or a clean surface, as any returns which show marked soles and/or signs of wear will unfortunately not be suitable for a refund or exchange.

Returns
We accept returns requests within 10 working days from delivery. To send your return, please email us at info@titiadesa.com detailing your order number, the product you wish to return and we will issue a returns label with instructions for booking a collection. If you do choose to return your item to us via your courier or postal service, we advise you purchase shipping insurance as we cannot be liable for any loss or damage in transit.

Refunds
We offer refunds upon receiving returns, and after each product has been inspected. We will notify you of the returns outcome and once approved, your product refund will be processed with a credit applied to your original method of payment within 10 working days.
